Up-to-now, we have received proposals for the poster session from Americas, Asia, Eastern Mediterannea and Europe ! The two categories “Innovative Practices” and “Research Contribution” are equally popular, with more or less half of the proposals pertaining to each category.

Some of you wrote to ask for a delay for their poster submission. It was decided to extend the deadline for the submission until July 15th. Thus, you can still submit your proposals by filling the poster submission form. However, those who submitted their poster proposals by May 15 will receive their notification by June 15th.

We also have received many emails from persons or groups that could not attend the Conference, but wanted to submit a poster. It was decided that it would be possible to do so under the following conditions : The submission form must be sent by July 15. If the proposal is accepted by the Scientific Committee, the poster (paper format) must be sent to the Conference Secretariat, in Montreal, by September 28. The Organizing Committee will take charge to bring the posters to Bangkok. The abstract of the poster will be published in the Final Program with the other poster abstracts. Special attention must be taken to the correspondance address of the authors, email and phone number, so that the participants at the Conference can easily contact the poster authors for more information.
